About Our Dermatology Clinic

We are pleased that you have selected our practice for your dermatological needs. We are a private dermatology clinic located in San Jose, CA, in the greater O’Connor Hospital area.

Silicon Valley Dermatology was founded in 1998 by Dr. Mychael Luu after he took over the practice of Dr. William Quisenberry that was located originally on 25 N 14th Street in downtown San Jose.  Dr. William Quisenberry was an esteemed dermatologist who took care of many of residents of San Jose for over 30 years.  He was a beloved dermatologist to the greater South Bay area and to many Vietnamese immigrants who came in 1975 and had adopted San Jose as their home.  The practice was moved to the current location of 2050 Clarmar Way in the O’Connor Hospital area in 2007, a brand new state of the art building that was built from the ground up designed just to accommodate the practice of dermatology.  Dr. Mychael Luu is proud to continue the practice of providing the best care in medical and surgical dermatology utilizing the latest and greatest that technology and medicine can offer.
